Oliver (wheaten terrier) is the greatest dog. The runt of the litter (less than 2oz at birth) he is as big and as active as his siblings now. I want to try Sparkle for his coat and skin and general well being. I would send you pix but I dont know how to do so in this format. (He is quite photogenic.)

I’m not sure I would qualify. I have used Sparkle in the past but have added other supplements at the suggestion of my Akita’s rehab specialist and slowly cut down and then stopped Sparkle. His coat looks good but he is blowing his coat more than in the past and I am wondering if I should start using Sparkle again and see if it makes a difference.

I use your products for years as supplements to a raw diet and have been very happy with them.

I would like to try Sparkle for my 12yo rescue dog. I recently took her in and she is on HK Keen and likes it although I am adding a little meat to it to entice her. She has allergies and would like a blend like Sparkle to help her.

    Hi Karen,
Actually all the supplements can be used on an as-needed basis. You can use any of them long-term or just intermittently (for example when skin irritations or GI upset flare up). Hope that makes sense!

    Hi Lucy,

I love your dog food and products. All three of my dogs eat Thrive. My questions is how often are you suppose to give the sparkle supplement? I have a rescue who came to me with skin issues and I put him on sparkle and he had done fabulously on it. He was receiveing the supplement every day for at least a year or longer along with fish oil. One day when I was reordering, I spoke to someone in your office who said I should only be giving him the supplement once a month. Is this correct? His skin is perfect now, but we live in the South and he has flea allergies. Also, how often should you give the perfect form, only as necessary or can you give it more often?

    Thank you for your time,

    Karen Sessions

I just ordered samples of keen. Not sure that is the right choice. I have a labradoodle who needs annals expressed monthly. Vet said increase fiber. Metamucil, green beans, and pumpkin. All is not working. I added this to her kibble. Keen looked like a higher fiber food than the others. Any comments or suggestions appreciated. Karen

Hi! I’ve been a customer of yours ever since the pet food recall killed one of my cats and forced me to find better food to save the other, Spike. With the help of Prowl he recovered, tho he had renal damage that only allowed him to live another year.

Now I have Madeline, who likes her Prowl above all other foods (especially canned, which she hates). She, like my cat Spike before, also has health challenges even tho she’s young, of the nervous system and pancreas. I have been managing them with Prowl, Wellness kibble (but she goes on strike if she has more than one meal in a row of just kibble! She loves her Prowl soup!), and various herbal supplements because they not only work, but most of them I can use for myself as well and since I’m a low-income person that is a great money saver. I notice that Sparkle has at least one of those herbs, nettle, which has been a godsend with her inflammation, as well as other good herbs that should be good support for her, so I’d really like to try it.
