Lucy Postins
Company co-founder, Mother Hen and CEO. Lucy started The Honest Kitchen in her own beach cottage kitchen in 2002. (read more about
Our History) Lucy is guardian to Willow and Taro, two Rhodesian Ridgebacks and Jackson, a rescued senior Pug. In addition to the dogs, she also cares for two young daughters, a former racehorse, an elderly pony and a husband.
Laurette Lamontagne
Director of operations. A Massachusetts transplant and guardian to Charlie the Dalmatian, Millie, and Harry the first Honest Kitchen office feline. Laurette has a strong interest in the healing powers of herbs on our four footed ones, as well as people.
Jenna Hill
Customer Service and resident Baker. She likes to bake all sorts of yummies, pies and cupcakes for the office which are more often than not, swiped by the office hooligan Willow before they can be eaten by us humans! Mommy to Texas, the wild Boston Terrier and new mommy to a baby (human) boy Archie! Jenna enjoys taking care of our customers and making them feel like they are part of our Honest Kitchen family.
Christin Lynch

Probably the most organized person in the office, Christin knows what’s what with just about everything! She’s a friend to Ollie a pit bull/whippet mix, otherwise known as the office goof ball. She’s responsible for organizing trade shows, events and our pawlantrhopy program. She hopes to one day spearhead The Honest Kitchen’s animal sanctuary…. In her spare time she likes to cook, hit up local dog parks, the beach and relax with some retail therapy (for herself and her 4-legged crew!). Ollie and Christin share their home with three cats, Kitkat, Simba and Cheyenne, as well as a bearded dragon named Louie. Oh and we can’t forget Carlton, Christin’s better half.
Charlie Postins
Company co-founder Charlie only joined the team on a full-time basis in 2007. Prior to joining the team Charlie was a Design Sculptor at Nissan Design America for 10 years, where he sculpted the original design model for the 2004 350Z among many other projects. While Charlie is not cleaning up after the ever growing family (as listed by Lucy) he likes to find time to surf, golf and play soccer among other sporting interests.
Kat Pennick
Customer Service/Nutrition Consultant: After the loss of her beloved feline friend, Cheeba, followed by a year abroad in New Zealand, she is settling back in to her hometown of San Diego. She looks forward to the day a new 4-legged companion (or two) finds its way into her home and heart. Kat is trained in therapeutic canine massage and acupressure and has been doing professional pet sitting since 2006.
Vanessa Howard
Customer Service Consultant Vanessa is Mom to Bebe and Brutis, two feisty Chihuahuas with attitude. Vanessa loves helping people and is the person to talk to if something needs to be changed, tracked, added to or otherwise amended!
Carla Grossini-Concha
Wholesale Accounts Specialist and native New Yorker, Carla is mom to Penny, a Catahoula Leopard Hound who is one of the Battalion Commanders of the office Fun Police, and Jackson, a Boxer/ Rhodesian mix who stays home to tend to his garden and hang out with the hummingbirds . Both have earned honorable mention in the World Championships for Spooning. When not at the office, Carla is working on her Savasana pose, knitting, and spending time with her wife.
Carmen Velasquez
Carmen is our Marketing Manager and friend to Abba Zaba, the office jester and wannabe-lapdog. She’s responsible for social media, marketing, PR and sometimes takes the title of 'Office DJ'. When she's not exploring local live music venues, she's plotting road trips with her two-legged and four-legged friends in her trusty Jeep.
Edmond Bennett
Ed is guardian to Jack, an Old English Sheepdog and Presley, a rescue Poodle (named after a very distinctive lip curl). Ed is a New York native, who began his journey with THK in the end of 2009. After 2 years in our San Diego office, Ed now works remotely in Nevada, providing direct sales support to Arizona and Nevada stores. In his free time Ed enjoys the outdoors with his wife, maintains a reef aquarium and loves football.
Liana Tuttle
Liana is our Operations and Logistics specialist and is originally from Boise, ID. Liana enjoys cooking with her husband and playing Tennis. She's also friend to Alo the cat and Molly, a Retriever, Collie rescue.
Liz Black
San Diego native & marketing assistant, Liz plays mommy to Felix, the adventure pug, and Padfoot, the goofy, long-legged Pointer mix.When Liz isn’t at the dog park or shopping for the newest doggie toys, she enjoys taking in the culture of San Diego, from spending time at the beach working on her surfing skills, to exploring one of our many beautiful parks or checking out the best venues for live music, local craft beer and food!
Michael Greenwell
Michael joins us as CFO with his rescued Golden Retriever, Sully. When Sully's not hunting for tennis balls under cabinets and file drawers, he's playing tug of war with Molly, a Retriever/Collie rescue. Michael & Sully both love the San Diego beaches where Michael surfs and kayaks, while Sully rides the waves to fetch just about anything.
Raquel Rodriguez

Sales Specialist for the Los Angeles and Orange County area, Raquel is mom to Kylie, a JRT/Chihuahua mix with quite the attitude and Mister Moe Moe, a Chihuahua with a never ending appetite. A southern California native, Raquel loves the outdoors and spending time at the dog beach with her four legged kiddos. Since her return to The Honest Kitchen after a sabbatical at grad school, Raquel now handles wholesale accounts in the LA and OC area.
Rita Galvan
Rita joins us as our new receptionist! Her pack is complete with 2 loyal dogs, 4 spoiled (yet loving) cats, her high school sweetheart and younger brother. As a recent college graduate she is eager to start the next chapter of her life. In addition to helping everyone who calls The Honest Kitchen, Rita has a passion for helping and rescuing animals in need. Her New Year’s resolution is to become a better cook, and we’re eager to try her new culinary creations!
