Delivery times
Shipments are usually processed within two business days. Our rates apply to orders delivered by our standard carrier, Fed Ex Ground or Home Delivery, anywhere in the Continental USA. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico – please call us for custom rates.
We are currently shipping all orders from our Kentucky warehouse to help improve efficiencies with order fill times, packaging materials and transportation. Orders sent via standard ground service take 2 to 4 business days in the Central US and East Coast, and 4 to 7 on the West Coast. Please note, Fed Ex is not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Signature-upon delivery
Is usually required for orders over $250 – you may like to have your order sent to a business address for convenience.
Need food in a hurry?
If you would like to have your shipment sent Express, please call us, so that a representative may expedite your order. We’ll do our best to get your order shipped as soon as we can. You might also like to check our Resellers page, to see if there’s a reseller nearby.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will try to put things right, or arrange an exchange or refund. An RMA# will be authorized and return address provided to you. Any returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately we are not able to refund outbound or return shipping charges.

Please note, we’re not able to adjust an order on our site after it’s been placed.
