After a bout of pancreatitus my dog was put on a diet that I was not happy with, after meeting with a new vet and being introduced to Honest Kitchen's products, I no longer am a worried pet parent and my dog goes crazy when I heat up the water in the morning for his breakfast. No complaints at our home!!

The very first time I started to mix this with water my lab started jumping for joy just like she does when she is about to receive a treat. I didn't give her ANY clue that I was mixing this up for her. She has eaten kibble all her life and has never been curious it excited about food I prepare for my family, but when I started mixing this....she knew. And she loves it.

My dogs would not eat this food. I tried multiple times to entice them to eat it, but they would not even try it.

My 11 year old is a finicky eater, so when I read the ingredients of this formula I did not expect him to like it, but he was on a terrible cheap kibble for most of his life, so I really wanted to finally give him good food and this is affordable for me. I reviewed a sample of this and as soon as I added water I pretty much knew he wouldn't eat it and I was right it didn't even pass the sniff test! I added some boiled chicken and he tried picking the pieces out, but it was too all covered so he tipped his bowl over. He went on his famous Pekignese hunger strike for two days after because maybe he thought I was trying to still feed it to him? Idk he's very difficult, fussy dog. I really love the ingredients and I don't fault the product my dog is just a diva.

This Chicken formula has been a real winner for all three of my Mini Aussies. I use this in conjunction with dry feed and for three dogs it lasts a long time and I feel I am feeding a dog food that is good enough for me and they LOVE it! Their teeth have no tarter on them since I have started using The Honest Kitchen and they are 9 years old to age twelve and they seem to have no problem digesting this food and they run for the bowl when I place it down for them to eat. I think this is a GREAT product and will continue to use it for the health of my dogs!
