Zeal Dog Food

The Honest Kitchen Zeal dog food is a grain-free and gluten-free recipe made with wild, line-caught white fish and produce like sweet potatoes, pumpkin and parsley. Zeal dehydrated dog food is a natural human grade food that’s created especially for adult dogs with certain dietary restrictions. It is higher in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates. Zeal grain-free dog food is especially suited for pups who do better without certain pet food ingredients such as gluten, poultry, beef, flax and white potatoes.

Please note: We are in the process of switching out haddock and replacing it with cod. The 4 lb boxes are currently shipping with the new cod recipe while the 10 lb boxes are still shipping with haddock.

The Honest Kitchen Zeal is good for dogs who:
♥ Can’t have grains or gluten
♥ Need a low carb, low fat diet

My pup loves this food! She's had it all, we've cooked for her, raw, wet food/dry food combo, but she loves this above all! She's been a fish pup most of her life, and is she truly enjoys! The smell is a little much but she loves it so it's bearable enough!

My dogs both love zeal!!!!

I really liked giving this to my dog and liked that the fish was from iceland. its a bit expensive compared to the other mixes available so i alternate between this and keen to save some money and add variety. my dog's health seems to have improved after starting her on this food so im thankful for that.

All 4 of my dogs love this food. Great ingredients.

If you don't like the smell of fish, do not get Zeal. The smell is VERY strong. I did not see chunks of fish in the sample. My dog was excited about it and ate it fairly quickly. I'll be sticking to the non fishy variety.

Yes my boxer loved this "flavor" but boy I did not! It stunk so bad I could barely prepare it without gagging. Unlike other reviews I did not see chunks of fish and the foul smell was so horrid I was so happy when it ran out and we had to go buy a different protein.

It was very hard to find food that my rescue dog loved and that I thought was good for him. Especially since he also had some suspected allergies with certain proteins. My friend led me to Honest Kitchen a few months ago and we have not turned back since! I especially love Zeal because it is good for older dogs and you can see the chunks of fish in there!. Now not only do I give him HK meals, but I've been exploring with the treats and he loves them just as much! An on top of that, HK gives their customers the best customer service ever so if you ever have a question or concern I would ask them! They truly love what they do and it shows. I am so happy I found food that is so good for my pup and that he literally devours (licking the bowl clean) every meal!

Oh my goodness my dog LOVE LOVE LOVE the Zeal line. At first I was a little iffy, because I didn't even know dog can eat fish as meals. I needed a low carb and fat for one of my dogs since he was on the heavy side. This was a heaven sent! He loved this line so much and always very impatient when he smells what I'm stirring up for him on the counter. I love the fact that he can enjoy his food and is actually good for him and his weight.

I have been feeding Honest Kitchen Zeal to my dogs for a few years now. They love the taste, especially when I boost the fish with sardines canned in spring water! It makes a great daily feed for dogs with allergies and sensitive stomachs, too. My puggle lost those extra pounds and my pug is not the classic, "fluffy" pug. Both are active and healthy with soft coats and clear eyes. You would never believe they are 10 and 7 years old! Thank you, Honest Kitchen, for making "home cooking" so much easier.

My dog absolutely loves Zeal dog food! She goes crazy as soon as she smells me making it!

This is Max's all time favorite flavor. Weve tried all four of the grain free (Beef,Turkey, Chicken,Fish) and the fish pretty much lasted half the time of the offers...probably not that drastic, but he really loves it. Before Honest Kitchen, we were feeding him the natural kibble. It was doing ok at first, but he soon just stopped eating it and he lost like two pounds. We were worried so we switched to Honest, and now he eats normally. He also has some ear and skin problems, which since have cleared up. The price is certainly more than regular kibble, but im happy to know hes eating what he loves and its natural and heathly. I dont have to worry.
