Ice Pups are a perfect treat; you're basically getting two in one. In the summer time, Scylla gets so used to her frozen treats that she runs over as soon as she hears the freezer open. During a major heat wave, I actually brought a bunch of ice pups out for all the neighborhood dogs hanging out outside. They were a hit.

In the winter, the broth is a perfect pick-me-up, especially after coming in from a cold walk. This week, Scylla's joints were really hurting her from the cold weather. She also had diarrhea. I gave her ice pups broth not only to warm her up and make her feel better, but also to guarantee that she was hydrated and getting the nourishment she needed while she was on bedrest.

Ice pups are a wonderful treat for dogs. We just ran out and I know Scylla will be getting more in her stocking!

My cat Pumpkin, who is 16 years old this year, was showing definite signs of aging and trouble walking due to hip problems. We tried multiple types of vitamins with glucosamine and other ingredients to help her joints but nothing really helped. I was getting nervous that she was coming to the end of her life because she could hardly move and get up to use the litter box. I found this website and saw the ice pups and though I would give them a try. Never would I thought that I would see Pumpkin jumping up on couches and the fireplace bench. I was amazed! Thank you THK.

I am a big believer in holistic meds and herbs, and sometimes their taste is bitter. But my dog will lap up whatever I mix in with an Ice Pups broth. Right now he's recovering from a surgery that didn't go well, and Ice Pups in a warm broth allows me get all the powder and liquid supplements in him that he needs to recover.

I love when my Mom prepares my "Special Drink" after an early morning walk in the snow. I feel warm & snuggly as she heads out to work. Great treat especially in Alaska. 2 ruffs & a tailwag!
