My 38 lb Aussie has had diarrhea for the past month and lost 10 lbs. She been eating kibble since we got her at 10 wks and all her treats are holistic. We had a GI panel done on her and the vet thinks that she has a food allergy/intolerance and/or IBS. We finally got her a week of solid stool on boiled chicken and organic pumpkin. Once we get her weight back on, we need to find a diet that can work for her. Our only concern is her not getting enough nutrients and minerals. My agility instructor recommended your food, and I see that you have a supplement that helps the GI track. I am really excited to find this and can’t wait to give it a try.

I have a 5 year old retired greyhound with IBD. I have switched him from TOTW to Science Diet I/D and am giving him probiotics. He seems to be getting a little better. I was reading “Greytalk” and was told about Perfect Form. Please tell me what you think about using it. My vet wants to do a do surgery and put him on Predisone. Perfect Form works great! Fergus, our German Shepherd puppy, arrived with worms and a severe case of giardia. His diarrhea was so bad that he had to spend a couple of days at an emergency vet hospital for dehydration. After completing a series of meds to rid him of worms and giardia, his diarrhea continued. The vet said that his intestinal tract remained inflamed/irritated because of how sick he had been. I moved him to The Honest Kitchen’s Preference mixed with meat. It helped quite a bit, but still had loose stools. After adding Perfect Form into the mixture, he had firm poop for the first time ever! I’ve been using it and the other Honest Kitchen products for the past 5 months with great results.
I can’t say enough good things about this product. I honestly feel that it helped save our cat’s life. We bought a purebred hairless cat from a breeder and from the moment we got him home, it was nonstop runny bloody stools. The vet found he had worms, and multiple parasites. We changed his diet, gave him multiple rounds of meds, but nothing helped. The vet finally told us we may have to just have him put down.
We decided to try a different vet, cooked plain chicken and white rice for him, as directed by the new vet. Things started to improve, but we were terrified to wean him onto cat food for fear the diharreah would return. I ordered Perfect Form to use in conjunction with his new food. I give it to him mixed in his dry kibble moistened with water twice a day and we have not seen any dihareah since. He is healthy and full of energy, and the stools are firm. Great Product! We have a Great Dane who has had loose stools (IBS) symptoms ever since we got her. She is fed a Raw diet and get plenty of bone in her diet, but its the best we have found that works for her. None of the kibbles (even the grain free ones) ever agreed with her stomach. But after switching her to RAW, any even though the stools somewhat formed up, we added in Perfect Form and her stools have been great ever since! Highly recommend this product for anyone battling loose stools!!!
I just started using this for my 5 yr old GSD. I have been battling colitis/IBD w/ him since I got him at 2 yrs old. Recently he had a flare up and even w/ the meds we’ve struggled a lot over the last few weeks. This supplement was recommended for dogs w/ GI issues on a web forum and I immediately ordered it. So far it’s been great for my dog! He’s slowly on the mend and seems to really like it mixed in w/ his food. I also really appreciate that your company is one that charges “actual” shipping costs, rather than some other sites that add on a bunch of extra fees to make money off of shipping. My dog is 14 and getting very gassy in her old age, I mean, she can clear out a room, its so bad. The pet store worker suggested Perfect Form, and although she does still have occational gas, its so much nicer to hang out with her again.
I have a 10 year old rat terrier who, after many months of vet visits (and unknown causes for many of his ailments) was having another bout of loose, watery, oily stools. In search of something that might help him, other that rounds of antibiotics from my vet that did nothing but make his condition worse, I stumbled upon The Honest Kitchen products, particularly Perfect Form.
I mixed in a half teaspoon of Perfect Form with his normal high calorie liquid diet and WITHIN HOURS he was back to having normal stools! It didn’t even take an entire day – just hours!!! To think I have been searching commercial diets for months to try and get him some better nutrition to stabilize his system and a half teaspoon of Perfect for has my little guy back to normal.

Wow! This works like a charm! My dog got sick about a week ago – vomitting, bloody diarrhea. After some homeopathic treatments, some rest, and a bland diet of rice, he was feeling much better and acting like his old normal self. Except after several days of rice and boiled hamburger, his digestive system still was not back to normal. My vet had sent me some “Perfect Form” with instructions to use it if his mushy stools persisted. So I put him back on Force and mixed in some Perfect Form. The very next day, he had his first normal looking stool in a week! The very next day!! Love your products!!
