I have two dogs that love Thrive, so when I brought home my new 10 wk. old kitty a month ago, I put a little in front of her, and she “woofed” it down. So I ordered Prowl, and she is “thriving” on it, except she leaves all the sweet potatoes around the edge of her dish. I mix both the Thrive and Prowl with raw cut up chicken or beef hearts, and all three of my kids are extremely healthy and happy.
Your cat food is a real treat to our very opionated little guy. He’s walked away from over a dozen different kinds of canned food I’ve put in front of him, preferring the dry crunchy food instead; but that all changed with his first bite of Prowl! Now, in the hot Arizona summer, I mix in advance and store in the fridge. That way he gets a cold treat several times a day. We’ve started calling it “kitty ice cream”! My cats LOVE this stuff. You can tell just by looking at it and reviewing this website what a good quality product your cats are getting. Another cat food I was feeding plunged all my boys into kidney failure, and they were not expected to live. With the help of Honest Kitchen Prowl (and lots of love and TLC) you woud never know that they were once so ill they couldn’t even walk. My cats LOVE Prowl. I started using this food for my dogs, and ordered Prowl to try. I have one very sick kitty Daisy who has not been eating. She has some nuerological problem we haven’t been able to get diagnosed and she is loosing control of her body, and she won’t eat. I’ve tried all the premuim canned foods, plus the regular junk-food cans, she picks about and won’t eat more then a couple mouthfuls. Her medicine is extremely bitter and she would puke/drool/fight etc. She is willing to eat Prowl and is now eating her full amount of food! She even swatted one of my other cats away from her dish the other day! I also put Prowl in her medicine, I add just enough water to suck the powder into the syringe then shake it with her meds, no puking, no drooling, and she is finally getting full dosages, I think Prowl takes the edge off the nastiness. My healthy cats all love it, and sit in a row on the counter ‘begging’ while it hydrates. At first only Daisy got the Prowl, but now everyone demands it!
My 4 year old cat has been suffering from food allergies and health issues since a kitten. She had been eating various brands of high quality kibble, but never seemed 100%. Thank you for the sample! My cat loved it, except he wouldn’t eat any of the chunky bits, LOL. There were always chunks of potato and cranberry in the bottom of the bowl that he ate around. I’m debating switching because of that, but he definitely enjoyed it! I’d love to be an only Honest Kitchen household. (My lab is a huge fan!)

Actually there aren’t any bones in the food. It might have been a crispy piece of yam that hadn’t quite hydrated!
My boys love this stuff! I like that I am the one adding water and not paying for it in a can. I was surprised at first when I heard a crunch when they were eating it, but then I saw there are bones in there. They love that! I think I am going to get rid of the canned and kibble and give them this exclusively! Thanks so much for a quality product!
My husband purchased Prowl and I was a bit reluctant to try it because my cats are very finicky. I reduced the water by 1/4 Cup and my cats have really become addicted. I would love to see more flavors in the future and thanks for developing this product.
