Re-stocking or return processing fees may be applied, and return shipping costs will not be covered, on any returns made after 30 days. Sorry, but we are not able to accept any returns on expired products.
If you purchased directly at thehonestktichen.com in the past 30 days:
- Please email email@example.com or call us at 1-866-437-9729 to request an RMA# and free return shipping label.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, using the free shipping label provided.
- We will credit the payment method originally used to make the purchase, or send you a refund check, if you prefer.
- Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Some payment methods take longer than others for the refund to show up, after it has been issued by us.
- Refunds will be issued for the item’s actual purchase price. Unfortunately we are not able to refund original shipping charges.
