Hours
Our business hours are 9am to 5pm, PST, Monday thru Thursday and 9am to 1pm on Fridays.
Orders may be placed through our web site , via phone, or fax.
Shipments are usually processed within two business days. The rates apply to orders delivered by our standard carrier, Fed Ex Ground or Home Delivery, anywhere in the Continental USA.
Delivery times
Orders sent via our standard service take 2 to 3 business days to most Western destinations, 3 to 5 business days to the Central US, and up to 7 business days to Rural or Eastern locations. Please note, Fed Ex is not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you are shipping to either a PO Box or APO address, you must select USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option. Orders shipping to these addresses are subject to extreme delays and extra shipping costs if the proper shipping method is not selected.
Signature-upon delivery
Is usually required for orders over $250 – you may like to have your order sent to a business address for convenience.
Need food in a hurry?
If you would like to have your shipment sent Express, please call us, so that a representative may expedite your order. We'll do our best to get your order shipped as soon as we can. You might also like to check our Resellers page, to see if there's a reseller nearby.
Carriers
If you would prefer to have your order shipped via UPS or US Mail, a surcharge may apply and additional processing times may be required. Please call or email for information and a rate quote, and we'll try our best to use your preferred carrier.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will try to put things right, or arrange an exchange or refund. After speaking with a representative, your purchase may be returned to the address on the label, in order for the refund to be issued or a replacement product to be sent. Unfortunately we are not able to refund shipping charges.
Product Samples
May be purchased directly though our web site order page. These are 1 oz net weight and hydrate to make 1/4 lb of fresh food.
Complimentary product brochures are available upon request.
