Grady's Story

My name is Grady White Roney. When I was 9 months old I found myself in a rescue for Shih Tzu's. My mom and dad had just lost their Shih Tzu, Buddy, at the ripe age of 17 1/2 and were heart broken. My mom saw my sad face and knew she had to have me. My name was Sir Precious at the time and my dad refused to call me that.....can't understand why..can you...LOL. So, on the way home the cotton was blooming along the interstate and mom said, let's call him cotton, he's white and soft. Dad wasn't thrilled but liked it better than Sir Precious. My dad has always wanted a Grady White offshore fishing boat and often said if he had all the money he had spent on Buddy, he could have one. So, on that same ride home dad looked at me and said..."I guess I'll never get that boat".....BINGO.....mom says..."he will be your Grady White". That's the story behind my name. I have a wonderful life and my mom and dad are the best in the whole world. They spoil me rotten but I'm such a good, sweet and well behaved boy that they just can't help themselves. I love everyone and everything. I travel everywhere with my parents and I've even flown a couple of times. Yep - I'm one lucky pup and I love me some Honest Kitchen!!!!

9/19/2013 update

Hello - I'm so happy and LOVE LOVE LOVE THK. I was eating Embark but right now I'm easting Preference and mom is changing my protein every week trying to find just the right fit for me. Because I'm a Shih Tzu and I have some allergy, skin and tear staining problems. But, mom is happy to see improvement in all three areas since I've been eating THK.
