True Story: Minnie
- French Bulldog
- Anxiety / Behavior Issues, Digestive Issues, Food Allergies / Intolerances, Skin / Coat Issues
Minnie is like many Frenchies, in that she has a sensitive tummy. Some foods make her skin break out due to allergic reactions; others cause a variety of gastrointestinal problems. She gets nauseous, has diarrhea, vomits, and more. I adopted her in February 2013 and kept her on the high-quality food she was eating, but found that she suffered from bouts of diarrhea at least twice a month and had an almost constant rash on her abdomen. After switching her to Zeal in September 2013, her rash has cleared up completely and her tummy troubles have all but disappeared.
Minnie loves Zeal. She starts barking and dancing in the kitchen as soon as the box comes out, and she sounds like a little pig when she eats it. She gobbles and snorts and snuffles until her bowl is licked clean. She also loves Beams as treats. I can't say that I'm a fan of the smell of Zeal or Beams, but I'm thrilled to pieces that my sweet girl is happy, content, and in perfect health.
