We rescued Harley last summer (at 6 weeks old) and she was the runt of the litter. Her siblings picked on her and she hid in the corner and was very emaciated for being a puppy. When we brought her home, she was too weak to walk and just wanted to be snuggled. She showed signs of digestive issues and food intolerances right away. We had tried several high end foods on her and each time it ended with the same result....upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. She even started to show signs of what we thought could be hip dysplacia, but while under anesthesia for her spay, the vet took xrays and realized that she had an abnormality in her knee. He put her on a glucosamine supplement and said that if that did not work, she would need surgery. She no longer has any knee issues!! While at a Pet Expo, we were given a sample of The Honest Kitchen Embark and our girl LOVES everything about this food! She just couldn't be happier!!
