Who says picnics are just for summer? Cap off an early fall picnic with this delicious dessert. Your dogs will lap up the apple and pumpkin after they finish frolicking in leaf piles and enjoying the crisp air. Autumn Cupcakes for Pups   Print Recipe Ingredients 1 cup Honest Kitchen Halcyon Duck Recipe1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix)2 free-range eggs, beaten1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup cream cheese, for decorating (optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 350° F. Place paper liners in a 12-cup muffin pan.In a glass bowl, combine the Halcyon and pumpkin. Add the eggs and applesauce. Stir thoroughly to combine.Divide the mixture among the paper liners. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow the cupcake to cool for 10 minutes before carefully removing them from the pan.If desired, use a knife to spread a small amount of cream cheese on the top of each cupcake.
