Gluten Free Carrot Cake Dog Muffins   Print Recipe Ingredients 2 cups brown rice flour1 cup shredded carrots1/4 cup peanut butter1 tablespoon the honest kitchen’s Pro Bloom Goat Milk1 teaspoon baking soda1 egg1/4 cup vegetable oil1/3 cup Honey1/2 cup water Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray muffin tin with oil or line with paper liner cups. In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, peanut butter, oil, and honey. Blend well. Stir in the carrots and mix thoroughly. Add flour, Pro Bloom, and baking soda into the wet mixture, and fold into batter. Add water when needed.Fill molds 3/4 of the way full with batter.
