Recipe: Banana Birthday Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting for Dogs

Today was Ollie’s 6th birthday and his mom made these delicious birthday cupcakes for the co-woofers in the office. These cupcakes are simple to make and feature healthy probiotics from The Honest Kitchen’s Instant Goat’s Milk.  They also include the nutritional punch of chia seeds. Try them out for your next doggie birthday party!

Recipe: Banana Birthday Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting for Dogs

These cupcakes are simple to make and feature healthy probiotics from the goats milk. They also include the nutritional punch of chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • Cupcakes:
  • 2 1/2 cups the honest kitchen's Veggie, Nut & Seed Base Mix
  • 4 tbsp the honest kitchen's Instant Goat's Milk
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut oil
  • 2 organic free-range eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • chia seeds (optional)
  • Frosting
  • 1 1/4 cup plain goat milk yogurt
  • 4 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Mix all cupcake ingredients in a large bowl until there are no lumps.
  2. Pour ¼ cup of mixture in a standard size muffin wrapper.
  3. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  4. Mix frosting ingredients in a separate bowl. Mixture will be somewhat liquidy.
  5. Let cupcakes cool and then frost.
  6. Sprinkle with chia seeds (optional) and serve to drooling party members!Dogs waiting for cupcakes
