Back-of-the-Pantry Biscuit Bites
  • 1 egg
  • 1cup Oats
  • 1/4cup cheese(optional)
  • 1 honest kitchen 99% Meat Topperyou can sub out with any canned fish or meat (packed in water) or with a 3/4 cup ground meat
  1. Set oven to 350.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup oats, 1 egg, 1 99% meat, and ΒΌ cup cheese until well combined.
  3. Grease the bottom of a small baking dish (you can even use oven-safe glass pyrex), or mini cupcake pan.
  4. Spread the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes for a chewy texture, or 30 for crispy.
  5. Cut into bite size pieces and refrigerate for up to one week.
Recipe Notes

You can make these into carrot cake bites by shredding in a few baby carrots and some sprinkles of cinnamon.
