Honest Kitchen Blackberry Valentine’s Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2cups flourall-purpose gluten-free
  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1cup blackberriesfresh or frozen
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8cup peanut butter
  • 1/2tablespoon the honest kitchen’s Perfect Formdigestive supplement
  • 1/4cup water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender, mix blackberries and egg for one minute. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, peanut butter, and Perfect Form.
  4. Add blender contents to dry mix and combine until a stiff dough forms. Use water as needed.
  5. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness on floured surface. Cut using Valentine’s cookie cutters and place on cookie sheets.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn off oven and let treats sit in warm oven for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool on cooling racks for 2-4 hours.
  8. Store in refrigerator or freezer in an air-tight container.
Recipe Notes

If your dog doesn’t like blackberries or your grocery store is out of them, replace with raspberries, strawberries or blueberries. The treats will turn out just as well.
