Ingredients
  • 1cup blueberries
  • 1tablespoon the honest kitchen’s Instant Goat’s Milk
  • 1cup plain yogurt
Instructions
  1. Add blueberries, yogurt, and Goat’s Milk to blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Pour into molds and place in freezer.
  3. Let freeze overnight.
  4. To remove from molds, run under hot water for 20 seconds and pop them out.
Recipe Notes

Silicone molds tend to spill when filled with liquid. To avoid the mess, put the molds on a cookie tray before pouring the mixture. Place cookie tray with molds in the freezer.
