Verve Beef and Banana Bites
  • 1/2cup the honest kitchen vervedehydrated
  • 1/2cup ground beefraw
  • 1 bananamashed
  • 2cups rolled oats
  • 1/2cup cream cheeseroom temperature
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1cup warm water
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 9” square baking pan with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add water and oats. Stir thoroughly and leave oats to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients into the bowl and stir thoroughly until combined well.
  4. Pour thick batter into the baking pan and smooth out evenly.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until slightly crispy on the top.
  6. Cool and slice into individual bars before serving.
  7. Store bars in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
Recipe Notes

If you don’t have any cream cheese handy, feel free to substitute 1/2 cup of cottage cheese instead.
