Concierge Terms and Conditions
The Concierge Club benefits discussed on the Concierge Club details page and Help Center FAQ are part of these Terms. The Honest Kitchen reserves the right to change the Concierge Club benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
In order to sign up for the Concierge Club, you must have an Honest Kitchen account including a valid e-mail address and saved credit card on file. You may sign up by creating an account here.
Concierge Club Membership is subject to a signup fee of $25 which may be applied or waived at The Honest Kitchen’s discretion. If a Concierge Club member cancels their membership, they may be required to pay the signup fee again.
Concierge Members are required to have one active recurring order at all times to maintain their ongoing discount and other Club benefits. If all recurring orders are cancelled, this constitutes a cancellation of Club membership and all member benefits will be discontinued. Rejoining Concierge Club at a later date may include different discount amounts, changed benefits and require a signup fee.
Recurring orders must be scheduled for a minimum frequency of 1 order per year. If no recurring orders are placed within one year, Concierge Club membership will be terminated and all member benefits will be discontinued.
Your participation in Concierge Club is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your membership or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.
Concierge Club is only available to customers ordering on thehonestkitchen.com and shipping to valid addresses in the United States (including AK, HI and APO). Products available for recurring orders include most Honest Kitchen food, treat and supplement products. Recurring orders may not include non-food products including but not limited to clothing, marketing material, books, kitchen utensils, etc. Recurring orders may also not include rewards products. Products available for recurring orders is subject to change at any time at The Honest Kitchen’s discretion.
Any backordered Concierge order item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available. A backordered item will not affect the Concierge order schedule for the backordered item. Subsequent Concierge orders of that item will continue to be shipped according to the schedule you specified when you set up the initial Concierge order.
All returns under Concierge Club are subject to The Honest Kitchen’s Returns policy. Concierge Club membership is void where prohibited.
By placing a Concierge order, you authorize THK to charge the credit card you provided for subsequent Concierge orders until you cancel your Concierge order. Unless modified by you, the credit card you used to set up the initial Concierge order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to the warehouse for processing.
The total cost charged to your credit card for each recurring order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.
If your credit card is declined at the time of Concierge order placement, your order will not be placed. You will be notified by email that your Concierge payment has failed and you will need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your Concierge order will be processed. To update your credit card information, you can go to your “My Account” section and click “Saved Cards” to update your credit card information.
Valid credit cards are the only payment method accepted for recurring purchases. The current acceptable payment methods are Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
To change your Concierge order frequencies or payment details, changes can be made online in the My Recurring Order section under My Account. Changes can be made to orders up until midnight PST the night before the order is due to be placed.
If you wish to add an item to your recurring Concierge order, you must contact us to add the item to your order. There is not currently a way to add an item manually. Any additional items must be added 3 days before the order is due to be placed.
If you no longer wish to receive recurring Concierge orders, you can cancel your membership at any time. Cancelling will stop all future orders and you will lose all Concierge discounts and benefits. Cancellations must be received by midnight PST the night before a recurring order is to be placed. You can cancel through the My Account section or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may rejoin Concierge Club at a later date but discounts and benefits may change and a signup fee may be required.
