Katie’s Birthday Pup Cakes!

A great recipe from an Honest Kitchen customer! These are ‘Katie’s Birthday Pup Cakes’. Recipe makes about 20 ‘muffins’.



Ingredients

1 cup Preference
1/4 cup Keen
1/2 lb ground organic Turkey
2 cage free eggs
1/4 cup organic dried Blueberries
1/4 cup organic dried Cranberries
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

What to do

Preheat the oven to 375F
Hydrate the Preference and Keen in a large bowl.
While waiting for hydration, sautee the Turkey (or leave Raw)
Combine hydrated Preference, Keen, Turkey, 2 raw eggs, cranberries and blue berries and honey in a large bowl. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.
Put into greased muffin pan…bake at 375 for about 30 minutes until browned on top. Cool…then top with a teaspoon of Greek Yogurt.

I stored the remainder in the fridge and have been feeding them to my Chihuahua’s for breakfast this week…then they get their regular Honest Kitchen meal for dinner!
