Expedited orders placed before 8 a.m. PST on a business day will be shipped out the same day Monday thru Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.
We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipments can be sent to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. PO Boxes will ship via FedEx Smart Post and APO/FPO will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
The packages are sent via USPS Parcel Post. USPS Parcel Post can take 4-5 weeks for arrival to these locations. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just copy the tracking number and go to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package, and enter in your tracking number for an update.

Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.
We offer free shipping for orders over $49.00 dollars and delivered within the contiguous USA. Sorry Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories (You already live in paradise, what more do you want?!).
We ship Monday through Friday. We need the weekends to spend with our 2 and 4 legged families. We don't ship on these holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
