Almond Butter Bark for Dogs

This almond butter bark treat for dogs is a delicious, easy-to-make recipe that will leave your dogs barking for more… bark!

Almond Butter Bark


  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup the honest kitchen's Proper Toppers
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened dried cranberries


  1. Line an 8" x 8" baking dish with parchment paper. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Place the almond butter and coconut oil in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 30 second increments until the mixture is melted and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with crumbled up Proper Toppers, coconut flakes and dried cranberries.
  4. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. Peel the bark off the parchment paper and break into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Recipe Notes

Feel free to use peanut butter instead of almond butter and your choice of dog-friendly toppings.
