Directions
Cook rice in rice cooker or pot. Set aside.
- In a large stock pot, bring water to boil. Add raw meat and vegetables. Cook over medium heat until carrots and green beans are tender, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
- Add dehydrated food, cooked rice and Brewers yeast to the pot. Stir into stew.
- Turn heat down to low/simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn off heat and allow to cool.
Recipe Note
You can serve this stew warm or cool. Take out what you need for a few day's meals, and keep the remaining portion in the freezer.
