Ingredients

  • 2 free range eggs

  • 2 cups ground raw lamb

  • 1 cup The Honest Kitchen's Fruit & Veggie Base Mix

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potato

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 370°F.

  2. Sauté the lamb in a large pan, stirring constantly until it is browned.
  3. Combine the base mix and water in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the lamb to the bowl and stir again.
  5. Place the mixture in an oven-proof dish and gently spoon the mashed sweet potatoon top so the lamb is completely covered with an even layer.
  6. Bake in a 370°F oven for about 40 minutes and cool completely before serving.
