After a 2+ year mourning period after the loss of our beagle, Sunny, and a husband that just hasn't been ready to adopt again, I sat out on our patio and said prayer to please send me the little dog that's meant to be ours. The next day my daughter discovered ALFIE on Petfinders.com and showed the picture to my husband whose heart immediately melted, and he told her, Better go get him for mom. Oct. 2013
