Anna is my oldest Afghan here. She is now 12 1/2 years old
Anna is 12 1/2 years old now, which is quite old for an Afghan Hound. But, she is doing quite well. Given her age, her teeth have worn down quite a lot now and she was having a hard time eating kibble. Even when I soaked it, it still took her quite a while to eat a bowl of food. I did not want to feed her canned food, especially since I now know what is in there. I found out about the Honest Kitchen from a dog show friend. She gave me some sample packets and I fed them to Anna. She loved the food and could eat it in a normal timeframe. I have now kept her on it and she's doing very well, especially for her age!
