Ava

When I adopted Ava, she was an anxious shell of a dog. Her ribs protruded despite only spending a week at the animal shelter, and all she did was stick to me wherever we went, even ignoring other dogs at the park. I'd been trying a few different foods, including some grain free options, but she still seemed to have relatively low energy.

After discovering and switching to Honest Kitchen food, Ava's been able to grow beyond the size of a caricatured skeleton, and her coat quickly started garnering compliments on how soft and shiny it became. Though it's hard to quantify, I think her ability to focus also sharpened marginally, though this could have just been a function of settling in and gaining confidence. Regardless, I've had Ava for well over one year, and I've been feeding her Honest Kitchen for at least a year now, too. We've been working on relaxation training to help with her anxiety, she's always thrilled to get her bowls of food, and she never stops getting praise for her luscious coat.
