Bodhi

We brought Bodhi home when he was 8 weeks old and his digestive problems started at around 6 months old. He had been doing ok with a popular dry food but eventually he was avoiding eating; we just thought he was picky! When he started having diarrhea and throwing up, we took him to the vet and switched his food to another kibble, this time recommended by the vet who is a Golden owner! Same thing happened: he would leave food in the bowl, then started getting sick. The vet thought he might have IBD or food allergies. We ended up changing foods 4 times and almost went to a very expensive hydrolyzed dry food, but a friend recommended The Honest Kitchen and we recognized some similar cases in the reviews. THIS is what it looks like when a dog is excited to eat! He is learning to wait patiently for his meals to be ready, but then devours everything and cleans the inside and outside of his dish. After just 3 weeks of THK, he has more energy, much better poops (formed with no residue!!), no throwing up, and a soft & shiny coat. We were skeptical at first, but now we�re amazed by the results.
