I rescued Brutus, who was dumped at a veterinary clinic in February of 2017, he was 2 months old. Brutus was suffering from meningitis and cluster seizing and was left to die by his breeder. Brutus came home that day and things would never be the same. Brutus eventually had and MRI to show a hole in his brain. He began pharmaceutical meds as well as CBD oil to help control his seizures. Currently we are on a 3week cycle for seizures and hoping to improve that statistic. Over these months I have done lots of research and read endless articles. There are major findings that grains and rosemary are actually contributors to seizures. After finding this research, many high quality foods do not contain grains, but many do contain rosemary as an ingredient. We are beginning our journey to change foods and hopefully Honest Kitchen will be a positive change for my boy.
