All True Stories
Chewy is an awesome dog! He has always been a little over weight. I have tried several expensive commercial diets only to find out that it was recalled or lawsuits were made against them. I did a lot of research and found The Honest Kitchen website. I felt that it was a company that I might be able to trust. After buying the food and seeing the quality of the ingredients, I felt that I had made a good choice. I bought the balanced blend - Kindly - and added my own meat. I started with broiled chicken breasts with the blend and each week I switch to other meats- ground turkey, salmon (bought from a pouch and sold like tuna fish), and one meal with tuna fish. He loves the food and licks the bowl clean. He is eating real food and the best part about it is that The Honest Kitchen made it so easy! At his last vet visit he weighed 33 lbs! I hope to update my story after his next vet visit to see if the food made the difference in his weight. Thank you for making an excellent healthy dog food!
