Cole

nThe reason became very clear when Cole started to whine in the middle of the night. I got up to let him out, this continued for the entire night, I chalked it up to nerves from being in a new home. This went on for a week, I took him to my vet, they gave him something to suppress his system and told me to change his food. I followed their instructions and he got better until I took him off his medicine. This went on for 5 months, we tried EVERYTHING. Every kind of food, different vets, different medicine, tests, nothing was working. I was becoming desperate for a good night's sleep and I could see that Cole was feeling bad about waking me up. I started to sleep on the couch with him to avoid going up and down the stairs all night.

nOne Sunday I was scouring the internet for any answer as to what could be going on. I came across a blog where they talked about Amy, a holistic nutritionist in my area, they made mention of her working miracles. I called their number and her husband picked up, when he I said hello my voice started to quiver and I began to cry. I was tired, frustrated and so scared that something was really wrong with my pup. He told me to bring Cole right down. When I got there, Amy took one look at him and handed me a box of Force. She said very firmly, he has an allergy, plain and simple. I was sure she was wrong and I was also sure that my dog was not going to touch the food. Her instructions were clear and she told me to call her in the morning and let her know how things were going.

nI went home and prepared the food with the add-ins, per Amy's instructions. Cole devoured the food and I waited for the whining to go outside to start. There was no whining and for the first time in 5 months, Cole and I got a full night's sleep. She fixed my dog OVERNIGHT. Amy has taught me so much about nutrition, vets, food, etc and since that day Cole and I have never looked back.

nI know that Cole ended up in the shelter because of his allergy/stomach issues. I spent thousands of dollars at the vet's office and had zero success. I'm sure his previous owners gave up on him. It was sheer luck that I found Amy and The Honest Kitchen and they both saved my dog. I can't begin to explain my gratitude, Cole has changed my life in ways that you can't imagine. It's a true rags to riches story!
