Cooper

I joke that my dog, Cooper, is my sensitive guy not only because he is sweet as can be, but I never know what will not agree with his stomach when it comes to food. I had a particularly bad week with him where he was diagnosed with a bad case gastroenteritis. I will spare you the details, but he would eat and it would run through him so fast in the worst way. I was taking him to the bathroom on a 30 minute schedule for days! Thankfully he would keep his fluids up on his own so the vet would let me keep him home while we worked to fix the problem. I was recommended to find a food that would be easily digestible. With some research I came across The Honest Kitchen(Thankfully!). My vet had me do a 24 hour fast to relax his GI tract and then we gave THK a shot. Within the day of trying the food he was able to have a normal bathroom trip, I was floored and incredibly relieved! He has been able to try several varieties of the food and treats offered here with no issues. We will be customers for life!
