Daisy Mae

American Staffordshire Terrier — Age 6

I have been fostering pit bull puppies and Daisy Mae was my 5th foster puppy through ColoRADogs. I was supposed to get a different puppy and when the rescue contacted me asking if I would care if they brought me a different puppy I said, No problem, just bring me a puppy!.
I started fostering because I wanted a 'Bully Breed to train to be an advocate for the injustice that they are experiencing.
Daisy Mae was then 'Sparrow' (after Captain Jack Sparrow) because of the black circle around her right eye, she let me know that she wanted her name to be Daisy Mae, so there it was.
When ColoRADogs brought her to me they also brought Honest Kitchen food and dehydrated goats milk!!!
Even though as a dog trainer when some months are better than others and sometimes it is a struggle to afford her food, I am hopeful that I will be able to continue my FurBaby on the road to a long healthy live eating Honest Kitchen and as a bonus, when I was really struggling last month and reached out to Honest Kitchen, they sent me samples to keep her healthy!!!
Love, love, love Honest Kitchen for my puppy and hope I can continue feeding her this healthful diet!
