DaTou

DaTou is my first dog ever and we live a very active life working at a doggy daycare together and spending time outdoors. We go everywhere together. Now that she�s older and like with many larger breeds my concern is ensuring her nutrition is spot on. Switching to a senior diet seemed rather irresponsible because she is so active. Before new research she was on a grain free diet and then we shifted back to whole grains. At the advice of her physical therapist I have made an effort to feed her �cold� foods to help with inflammation especially for her hips and joints. Honest Kitchen is the only affordable brand on the market that meets her nutritional needs in terms of finding a quality beef based food without having to make my own. On top of that she went from a daily grazer of food to licking her chops anytime she sees me with her bowl while run the faucet to add water to her meals. Adding a little salmon oil and mixing in her other supplements with this has cut down on logistics of needing cheese or sticking my hand down her mouth because she just eats it all up.
