DeeDee

DeeDee / We got DeeDee and her sister (or I should say they got us) back in 2002. We didn't know what they were, but friends, vets and neighbors all speculated that they were a mix between a Chow and a Border Collie. Personally, I just call them American Hybrids! We lost Maddie 2 years ago due to cancer, and my wife and I speculated that the food that they were eating had some impact on the cancer that developed. We've been investigating different foods, reading labels, making our own, and doing our own research on what is out there because we didn't want to lose DeeDee like we did Maddie. My wife stumbled upon Honest Kitchen one day while at Pet Supermarket, brought it home to try out, and DeeDee LOVES it! She's got more energy, her coat is glowing, she's back to herding vultures (comical to watch her when they circle overhead), and in general is back to being like she was 10 years ago. She's 12 now, and I realize that in dog years that's 84, so I'm relishing every moment with her. Thanks Honest Kitchen for making a product that is GOOD for pets, not just the bottom line. I'm recommending you to all my pet loving friends.
