Duke
I have the sweetest little guy. Hes a wire-haired dachshund and hes adorable. For all of his 15 years he hasnt had any digestive issues until a couple of months ago. It started almost overnight with bloody and watery stool. Of course I freaked out, but since his demeanor hadnt changed I waited to see if it cleared up. It did not. I tested him for worms, that was negative. I tested him a bunch of other issues and all were negative. It wasnt until a friend of mine gave me an article on colitis in dogs that I had my answer. I put him on Pepcid, which helped a bit. But I needed to change his food. I tried a couple of other brands and they werent working out. I found The Honest Kitchen and within a week all of his symptoms cleared up. Im happy to say that after a month of being on this brand, he is still doing awesome. At this rate he could go another 15 years! Besides his sister wouldnt know what to do without him.
