Several months ago, my big boy stopped being able to keep his normal kibble down and began refusing to eat altogether for days at a time. After seeing him lose over 20 lbs, while under regular veterinary care and medication to stimulate his appetite, I just knew we were losing him. He was eventually diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and Megaesophagus. His food has to be the consistency of a wet pudding to make it to his stomach. I tried blending high calorie kibble into a powder and mixing it with water but he was still regurgitating. I tried a different food every few days with no success until finding THRIVE. He loves it and keeps it down! Emmit has put on over 10 lbs in just two months, is no longer on appetite stimulants and he is THRIVING!
