My friend passed away and I adopted her dog. She came to me with hot spot issues. I was told that no matter what brand of dry dog food she was fed she would break out in hot spots constantly. I switched her to Honest Kitchen grain free with some added protein, since this is what I feed my other Rotty. Her hot spots cleared up and she hasn�t had one since. I have used all of the grain free and/or gluten free foods that Honest Kitchen produces. I mainly use the chicken grain free due to cost but like to switch up now and then to give my �kids� a little bit of variety. Their favorites seem to be the chicken grain free and the fish limited ingredient foods. I am guessing because they like the smell since they eat it so fast I don�t think they taste it.
