We adopted Ginny as kitten from the veterinarians office I worked at. She has had chronic upper respiratory problems all her life. To put it bluntly she has a stuffy nose and snots everywhere. It comes and goes, changes with the weather, gets worse with stress. Two years ago her beloved housemate died and with the introduction of other animals to the household Ginny's breathing issues got much worse. We used to put her on antibiotics and that would help for a while then it would come back. We tried L-lysine without much effect. She is such a sweet cat and it was so sad to hear her struggling to breath through her nose. We put Ginny on different foods to see if that would help but again no effect. We decided to try The Honest Kitchen Grace diet for her and to our surprise it helped. Ginny's upper respiratory problem is about 70% better! We still get hit with the occasional sneeze bomb but not often and her breathing is so much better and her previously rough, coarse coat is now soft and silky.
