Just before Golly had Liver surgery a friend had recommended Honest Kitchen food. I started mixing the grain-free Grain Free Fish Recipe with her current food (Canidae Real Salmon & Sweet Potato Recipe) and she loves it. I plan on transitioning to the Honest Kitchrn full time once I�m out of the kibble. She has recovered very well. She had lost a lot of weight before the surgery, and I attribute her getting the weight back on to the delicious food. :) There were a few chewable pills she had to take that the rehydrated food did very well in covering - that was a big help!
