Our sweet, funny Frenchie Jude, even as a puppy, did not enjoy mealtime at all. He loved cookies but not his food. We tried several what we thought were 5 star foods/brands but nothing that he showed any interest in. There were times he would run to his bowl at meal time, hungry, excited but then sniffed it and walked away...We wanted him to enjoy his meals, not feel forced to eat them. He was completely healthy otherwise just so very finicky. He seemed very interested in our human food but none whatsoever in anything else. We found THK and he is like another dog. He was apprehensive at first, but after a couple meals, he gets excited, licks his bowl clean and goes over to lick his Boston Terrier brother Franky's bowl too! Sometimes now they both go stand at their bowls or the cabinet that their HKF food is in wanting food! Never thought he would do that. Jude is very active, loves water and car rides, loves to play fetch with his ball/frisbee, loves wrestle time with daddy and his Boston brother Franky, loves chasing the laser light or dangle from his rope. He absolutely loves to kiss and now thanks to THK, loves his mealtime! We use the Whole Grain Clusters small breed mixed with the Dehydrated Grain Turkey and Whitefish or Salmon and Beef. Thanks so much THK! We also only feed DCM free ingredients and these options are perfect for us and our 2 boys. They are so soft and shiny! And having no recalls to worry about is so appreciated, thanks again!
