We started feeding our girl The Honest Kitchen after one of her blood panels came back showing early signs of renal insufficiency. I needed to find a food that I trusted. These days we can't be sure what is in pet-food anymore. The market is sketchy and the companies are less than transparent. I trust the ingredients in the honest kitchen (at this time) and will keep on top of them as far as quality goes. My dogs are my children so we need to set the standard high. I needed a food that had moisture in it and I was not about to go the canned food route. I started feeding THK as a complement to raw and it seems to work. It provides my dogs with enough fiber to keep them from being constipated, which is a problem I had with just raw protein based food. I had her blood checked up about a year later and her values came back within normal ranges so we were very grateful! Thank you THK
