Lexi

We brought Lexi into our home when she was 11 yrs old and my friend had to move and could not take her along. She came to us with skin problems from flea allergies, along with food allergies, chicken in particular. I had already been feeding our other 2 Jacks The Honest Kitchen dehydrated formulas, switching flavors with every order to help prevent allergies. After trying a couple different recipes, we have found that the Grain-free Turkey recipe works the best for Lexi! She has filled out, her coat is shiny (although getting whiter every year!) and skin is itch-free! As we tried new formulas to figure out which one was best for her, Lexi would sometimes go through bouts of diarrhea. I always keep a can of the Perfect Form digestive supplement on hand, and that saved us many times!! A couple day�s supplementing had her back to form every time! Now 6 years later and fighting off an inoperable lung tumor, we know we always have a tasty, healthy food available to keep her appetite up and maintain her weight. If she is having a day of poor appetite, we add some beef bone broth or turkey toppers to add a little variety and get her eating again! They are now 15, 17 and 18 years old and have been enjoying your food for the last 10 years!!
