Lily

Lily /

Lily was adopted from our local shelter 2 months ago. We did not know her history or breed(s). After doing DNA analysis, she was determined to be a Collie / Australian Shepherd mix. Her skin and coat were in poor condition. Her skin was dry and flaky; her coat was sparse and not shiny. I started her on The Honest Kitchen dehydrated products immediately because that is what I fed our previous dogs. I fed/am feeding her Verve (whole grain beef), Keen (whole grain turkey) and Zeal (grain free fish). I believe in feeding a variety of proteins and her stomach is handling the mix quite well. I also feed her The Honest Kitchen Chicken Jerky in a puzzle toy. She plays/eats that every other day. Two months and a few days later, The Honest Kitchen products worked their magic. The change in her appearance is remarkable! Now, two months after adoption, her coat is full and shiny. Did I mention how soft her fur is now? Oh so soft! Her skin is no longer flaky. Her scratching has subsided. Her eyes are bright and shiny. Her enthusiasm for life has been restored. Our girl is now the picture of good health. Thanks Honest Kitchen!
