Lola, our 1 year old Boston Terrier, has a condition called megaesophagus, where her esophageal muscles don't work properly. The only way to get the food into her stomach is by gravity, so dogs with this condition have to sit upright for 20 minutes a feeding. They also need the food to be soupy, so it goes down easier, and HK is the best for that, since we can control the consistency. Before we found HK, we tried so many different foods and spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure out what works best for her. We are so glad we finally got her on the right food that she loves and we know is wholesome and nutritious.
