Louie

Louie /

When I adopted Louie, I told my sister, We are going to just go look at the animal shelter at dogs and that's just it. Then we can go get dinner. Well I ended up walking out with this dog. I fell in love with him immediately. It was almost like he knew right away. The first 6 months of having him was a nightmare, but it was a learning and growing experience. We originally named him Loki, which his behavior matched with his name.He was so bad. He never listened, I always had to chase him down the street if he got out. He was bad. He also did not like my one boyfriend at the time and he literally tried to rip this guy's beard off. The feeling was mutual amongst the two. Little did I know, this dog was the best thing to have came into my life when I felt lost and everything was turned upside down. Then the one day, my mom decided Louie was a better name and fit for him. Louie changed after that. He listens and he stays in his yard now! It was learning experience for both of us. He's an amazing dog who is incredibly spoiled and very protective over me. I told my current boyfriend, when we first started dating, 1. my dog doesn't like beards, 2. if my dog doesn't like you then i'm sorry we can't work. First day they met each other, they became instant best buds. The rest is history.
