Milly

Milly /

When I adopted Milly, she was 11 months old and had been living on the streets. She had fleas and trouble with her ears and would throw up kibble regularly. I started her on chicken from the butcher and The Honest Kitchen Kindly base mix and it was a game changer. Her fleas got under control and her ears cleared up within a few weeks. And even better, she was super excited every time I made dinner and she kept it all down, finally. She was on fresh chicken and the base mix for years but I recently moved to northern VT where it's a bit more challenging to find freshly ground chicken (beef and pork, no problem but chicken, not so much). I recently started her on the whole grain chicken recipe and she loves it just the same. The bonus is that it's even easier to prepare than the base mix meal, she still loves it, and I love giving her food that I know is high quality and filled with nutrients. I'm thankful for The Honest Kitchen and look forward to trying out the other flavors of dehydrated mixes!
