I adopted a puppy with Megaesophagus from PRAA. Post surgery it was hard getting weight on her as she was surrendered quite emaciated. I tried multiple supplements to her food including goats milk, ensure, dyne, nutra-cal, baby food, bone broth, and yogurt. She went months with no real change in her weight due to being a rapidly growing puppy who regurged frequently. I finally decided to give the honest kitchen a try and am glad I did. I do have to grind it further in a coffee grinder due to her need for it to be a soupy consistency without chunks but the results are amazing. She is finally putting on weight after 5 month and rarely regurges!
